This Juneteenth, Mt. Juliet Police Department in Lebanon, Tennessee, showed their support for their community by attending the Juneteenth Street Festival. Capt. Chandler represented the department in a round table conversation with LPD, local community leaders, and college students on building stronger relationships. It’s important for law enforcement in their community to make deeper connections. Hopefully, more of these moments will bridge the gap between law enforcement and their communities.
