Who I am, where I’m from and my Sales Region:
My name is Quentin Williamson, I'm a Business Manager for Utility and I cover the States of Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota.  I am an Iowa native and currently reside in Polk City, IA.

What ties me to my region:
I have lived in Iowa my entire life and have traveled extensively in all 4 States in my Region.  I enjoy the great people in the Midwest and am grateful that I can raise my family here.

A bit about myself:
I've spent the past 18 years working with public sector agencies.  I have helped to provide customer solutions ranging from Document Management, Computer Aided Disptach, 911 Call handling and Digital Evidence Management.  I really enjoy working with customers to provide the best solutions to meet their needs.

Why should agencies choose Utility, Inc.:
Utility's cutting edge technology creates the most efficient and seamless digital evidence management process is the industry.  I believe this has been accomplished by focusing our solutions and product designs on the unique processes and challenges public safety faces.

What inspired me to select a path working in the public safety sector:
I have great respect for those that are working in public safety and that serve and protect our communities.  They are very difficult jobs and I feel that we have technology to offer them that can help them do their jobs as efficiently, safely and effectively as possible.

Why should you trust Utility:
Utility puts the customer first and focuses on the customer experience from implementation through ongoing customer support.  Customer satisfaction is extremely important and is part of the culture at Utility.

The biggest lesson learned I’d like to share with Public Safety Leaders:
Technology is ever evolving.
