Our hardened Rocket Vehicle Router wireless appliance operates continuously on vehicle and shore power. No login is required, and the Rocket Vehicle Router can’t be turned off.

Our AVaiL and DataSync software is hosted at a hardened secure SAS70-audited data center. No additional network equipment or capacity is required at your fire department. We provide a very secure and reliable solution so that you can focus on fire-fighting operations.

Expect tough and reliable equipment.

The Rocket Vehicle Router is MIL-STD 810F certified for operating temperature and vibration. The GPS antenna cable connector is not accessible to idle hands when the Rocket Vehicle Router is mounted inside the Rocket Locker. GPS Jammer detection and reporting ensures reliable GPS position transmissions. Our technology works reliably every day in south Florida summers and northern Maine winters supporting mission-critical operations.

The Rocket Vehicle Router’s WPA2 WiFi security with AES 256 bit encryption meets the NIST FIPS 140-2 information security standard. Two-factor authentication ensures that only your authorized staff have access to AVaiL information.

The Rocket Vehicle Router sends regular “health check” updates so that issues can be resolved quickly before they become problems. Our Rocket Configuration Management (RCM) application provides “Over the Air” firmware administration, reducing your staff support time and your annual Total Cost of Ownership.
